When will my order arrive?
Orders can be delivered via our main courier DHL on a 48 hour service Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
Alternatively you can select a specific delivery date at the checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery is subject to availability of service. If you’d like to place an order with us please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org who will provide you with an accurate shipping quote, based on the weight and dimensions of the goods, as well as the destination of the order.
Do you accept returns?
If you need to return your order, we will be happy to help!
- Send an email to email@example.com with your return request and a picture of the product.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery undamaged and in the original product packaging.
- Once the returned item is received, we will email you and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method (minus the delivery / return cost).
Can I change my order?
If you need assistance with your order please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to become available.
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct delivery address. Unfortunately we can't be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.
